678 _aAlvin George C. Cobar is faculty and academic program supervisor of the Ateneo de Manila University-Senior High School Physical Education. Besides writing editions of this book, Cobar authored a scientific publication about improving running performance of high school boys. He finished his Bachelor of Sports Science and Master of Science in Human Movement Science at the University of the Philippines-Diliman.
