Jose Jason Llagas Chancoco is a multi-awarded contemporart Bicolano writer in Bikol, Iriganon, Filipino and English languages. He had attended and directed creative writing workshops; had his works published in local and international outlets; had edited anthology projects; had organized literary events. He had also won local and national literary prizes. Mr. Chancoco teaches at Ateneo De Naga University. Miriam Del Rosario-Garcia, retired as the Executive Director of FEU Cavite. Dr. Garcia is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science in Education, major in English, minor in Mathematics degree. She taught her alma mater for ten years before moving to the United States, where truly a teacher by vocation, she taught in the California public school system for fifteen years. Dr. Garcia has been a workshop-provider in both national and international conferences. Her expertise may be in academe, but she has been a sought-after speaker on gender and development, communication and administrative skills, personality development, customer service, and public speaking skills. Marjueve M. Palencia holds a Doctor of Education, major in Educational Administration (ADB) and a Master of Arts in Education major in Curriculum and Instruction (with highest distinction) degrees - both from Far Eastern University, Manila. He also holds a Bachelor of Classical Liberal Arts, major in Philosophy (with honors), and earned units for a Master of Arts in Philosophy at the Ateneo de Manila University.
