She finished her PhD in the same university. She has published articles in local and international journals. A research scholar, she has completed several projects in the University Research and Coordinating Offive and Theology Department at De La Salle University, Taft Manila where she worked as full-time faculty member for three years. Expanding her horizons has led her to San Beda College Alabang, where she is currently the Chairperson of Religious Studies Program and Benedictine Life Formation. Her research interests are religious studies, culture, care ethics, feminism, communications, school management, leadership, outcomes-based eduation and curriculum development. Fr. Norman Melchor R. Pena, SSP, PhD, became a Juror at the Prix Italia International radio, TV Film, Web Festival in Turin, Italy in 2015. Previously in 2008, he was also a SIGNIS Juror at the Alba International Film Festival in Alba, Italy.Currently, he is the Rector and Dean of Studies of St. Paul Seminary in Silang, Cavite. Fr. Norman also serves as the Executive Secretary of the CBCP Episcopal Commission on Culture.
